Kaapse Kaap is Kaapse Brouwers’ flagship craft beer bar, located in the part of Rotterdam where our roots lie - historic Katendrecht, also known as the Kaap. Kaapse Brouwers’ first brewery was located right in this area. Kaapse Kaap is their taproom with the best waterfront view of Rotterdam!
Kaapse Kaap is committed to bringing great independent craft beers to Rotterdam. Sometimes the beers travel from across the world to get to their taps, and sometimes they come locally, even right from our city.
With over 32 taps, the fresh beer they pour changes weekly, which means you’ll always find something new to discover at the Kaap!

A BEER TOUR OR TASTING?
Kaapse Brouwers offers a range of options to share their beer knowledge with you. You can enjoy a full experience with a water taxi ride, tasting six beers, and a detailed brewery tour, or opt for a shorter version. We also host open tastings monthly at Kaapse Kaap, where you can try six beers and learn about different brewing techniques. Private group bookings for tours or tastings are also available upon request.

SOPHIA'S takes pride in serving a diverse array of ever-changing sweets and baked goods, all sourced directly from the vibrant ecosystem in and around Rotterdam. The essence of SOPHIA'S is deeply anchored in creating a local, social-driven impact, positioning themselves as a vital part of the community-centric narrative in the heart of Katendrecht.
